Council approves 19 resolutions on infrastructure and grants

PA EASTON — Easton City Council unanimously approves 19 resolutions advancing infrastructure maintenance and economic development. All seven members voted to authorize two-year fire-detection contract with Johnson Controls at City Hall, sewer rehabilitation with Insituform Technologies in the West Ward, and bridge inspection services through Traffic Planning and Design at Hugh Moore Park. The council authorized applications for T-Mobile Hometown Grant Award, Municipal Assistance Program Grant, and Green Light-Go Grant Award, building on the city's already secured $5,000 trail amenities grant for Delaware Canal Park and pending $115,000 police technology replacement request.
