Council approves three developer agreements and parking study

PA EASTON — Easton council approves developer agreements and parking evaluation contract. City Council voted unanimously on three developer agreements for properties at 364 East Berwick, 367 East Berwick, and 1123 Centre Street, with each requiring stormwater facility compliance. Planning and Codes Committee Chair Crystal Rose proposed a contract with THA Consulting for Phase One of a parking system evaluation, to be completed by December 2026.
Council passed Bill No. 23 on affordable housing unanimously, and the Economic Development Committee reported more than $1.7 million in pending grant applications.
