Easton Board of Health approves handicapped parking space

PA EASTON — Easton Board of Health approves parking space after three-year delay. The board unanimously approved Cesar Santos's application for a designated handicapped parking space at 722 Bushkill Street based on his documented asthma, hypertension, hepatitis C, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and previous neck and back surgeries that limit his walking to one block. Ms.
Piperata was unanimously elected Chairperson and Mrs. Eagle Vice-Chairperson. Health Officer Jarrad Schantzenbach, who recently took the position after Joe Gill's retirement following 15 years of service, discovered Santos's application during a recent system cleanup.
