Environmental Advisory Council Elects Melvin, Approves Outreach Funding

PA EASTON — Easton Environmental Advisory Council elected Stacy Melvin secretary, backed pedestrian safety grant. The council voted 5-0 to elect Melvin and 5-0 to approve a $250 stipend for outreach materials from the Conservation and Sustainability Office budget. The council also voted 5-0 to draft a letter supporting a city Safe Streets for All grant application for 3rd Street intersection improvements.
Brandon Sullivan will continue as sustainability coordinator and council liaison following a consolidation of the Sustainability and Conservation departments.
