Planning Commission approves 73-unit mixed-use building on South Third

PA EASTON — Easton Planning Commission approves 73-unit mixed-use development at 101 South Third Street. Serfass Linden Development LLC received conditional final approval for the seven-story building, which includes 15 one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom, and 22 three-bedroom units plus 2,542 square feet of retail space, with pre-sales beginning February 11. The project includes 43 parking spaces in the building and 40 secured spaces off-site, with optional car lifts to double capacity.
The Commission also voted unanimously to determine eight properties blighted and to certify one property previously determined blighted in April 2024 after no improvements were made.
