Planning Commission approves four development projects unanimously

PA EASTON — The Easton Planning Commission unanimously approved four residential and commercial development projects. The commission, led by Dr. Ken Greene, unanimously approved conditional final approvals for two residential low-rise developments at 364 and 367 East Berwick Street and a 12-unit, three-story residential mid-rise at 1123 Centre Street with 18 parking spaces.

The commission also recommended approval of a martial arts academy at 270 East Kleinhans Street and conditional preliminary approval for a three-unit multifamily building at 1141 Jackson Street. Board member Ron Shipman announced his resignation after more than 10 years of service.
