Planning Commission approves four development projects

PA EASTON — The Easton Planning Commission unanimously approved four development projects at its January 7 reorganization meeting. Dr. Ken Greene was re-elected chairman and Hubert Etchison vice chairman.
The approvals included a new 322-space parking garage at 669 Washington Street, a special exception to convert 536 Northampton Street from short-term rental to single-family residence, a six-inch lot line adjustment at 218-220 Northampton Street, and a subdivision at 501-503 Northampton Street separating the Hooper House and Timothy House properties. The commission also expanded development notification to property owners within 200 feet, increasing the threshold from 100 feet.
